Roxana received the BS degree in Applied Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1990 from Politehnica University of Bucharest and her doctoral degree on non-conventional optics in 1996 from Technical Army Academy of Bucharest. She is director of the National Institute of R&D for Optoelectronics and Head of CERTO department.

Monica holds a MS in Spectroscopy, Plasma, Lasers and a PhD in Physics from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Her main research interests and experience are focused on laser spectroscopic techniques for investigation and diagnosis of artworks, as well as studies on the effects of solid-state lasers on different materials. Other skills: colorimetry, microscopy, anoxia.

Luminița has a PhD in Physics from the University of Bucharest. Her main research interests include the use of spectroscopic techniques for the investigation of cultural heritage objects, with a focus on laser-induced fluorescence and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.

Laurentiu graduated Computer Science and Physics in the West University of Timișoara and got his MS and PhD in Physics from the University of Bucharest. His main focus is in researching 3D digitization methods of Cultural Heritage assets. His primary skills are photography, photogrammetry, UAS operation, database development, web design.

Ioana holds a MS in Heritage Science and a PhD in Physics from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Her main research interests and experience include material characterization and identification in multilayered works of art, investigation of aged paint layers, spectroscopic data analysis, data fusion and multivariate analysis.

Lucian holds a PhD in Visual Arts and a MS in Art Conservation both at the National University of Arts, Bucharest. His main interest concerns the application of multispectral and hyperspectral imagistic analysis in the investigation of artworks. Another key aspect of his research is to link the theory and practice of restoration with the science conservation.

Alexandru Iulian Chelmuș

Alex is a PHD student at the Physics Faculty from the University of Bucharest and holds two MS from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. His main research interest is cultural heritage investigations using GPR (ground penetrating radar) combined with aerial imaging techniques. Other skills: X-ray imaging, diagnosis using LDV (Laser Doppler Vibrometry) and microclimate monitoring.

Luminița graduated in 2007 the Computer Aided Technologies University College from Physics Faculty, University of Bucharest. Her activity is focused on data acquisition using the colorimeter and the microscopes, as well as digitization and input in data-bases.

Viktoriya holds a MS in Laser physics and quantum electronics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a PhD in Wave physics from the Institute of Solid State Physics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Her main research interests and experience include laser-matter interaction, mechanisms and optimization of the process of laser cleaning, laser ablation applications in the conservation and analysis of artworks, spectroscopic data analysis.
